Hi everyone,
Tomorrow evening, we'll be doing David's popular 'Ever Decreasing Circles' route. The mileage will be approximately 7 miles in total. Those wanting to cut the route down to a shorter option can simply miss the last two 'circles' off, roughly making it a 5.5 mile route.
We head down Churchill Way, turn right heading up to the town, and effectively start the run from the point that you'll pass 4 times - the dry cleaners on the corner of the Market Place /Banbury Rd.
We then run 4 'circles' of reducing lengths starting and finishing at this point. These are:
1 - Up the High Street to the Greyhound, left into Halse Rd, down Humphries, then left and down the Banbury Rd 2 - Up the High Street to the Greyhound, left into Halse Rd, left down Manor Rd, and left down the Banbury Rd 3 - Up the High Street to Hill Street, left down Manor Rd, and left down the Banbury Rd 4 - Up the High Street to Halls Lane (just past the Crown), left down Manor Rd, left down the Banbury Rd, then back to the Football Club
I'll hopefully see some of you there tomorrow evening.
Sue
