Not sure if we've tried this before so here is how I think it should work:
Firstly the route is from the FC out towards Halse via the Lake/Path/Banbury Road/Humphries Drive/Halse Road.
The three points to note are the playground at the top of Humphries Drive, the entrance to Hill Farm on the Halse Road and the road sign exiting Halse at the end of the village.
So we all run along this route in groups/pairs of similar abilities. The first runners to reach the playground at the top of Humphries Drive double back picking up runners until everyone MUSTERS with the last of the runners in the group wherever they have reached.
Then start again until the front runners reach the Entrance to Hill Farm and then double back until everyone MUSTERS again with the last runners in the group.
Repeat again when the front runners reach the road sign exiting the village and double back but this time when the group Musters then all return in your own pace back to the FC.
Hopefully you will all be as exhausted then as you are now by reading all of this!!!
