After a lovely run round the Tusmore estate on Tuesday, it's time to get back to work, so to speak...
The last time we did this it worked out really well, so we're going to do it again...
The venue:
The old Buckingham Road, alongside the new road just the other side of the A43. We'll trot over there from the club as a group and have a good old stretch before we start.
The session:
Run up the hill for 90 seconds. Jog back down. Do this up to 8 times. Easy!
If you run slower for your 90 seconds, you just get less far up the hill so this session is achievable by everyone, so if you've never done an interval session like this, come along and give it a go. It's honestly not as painful as it sounds and it's soooooo good for your running.
See you there! Don't forget your watches and water bottles.
