Good afternoon all,
We'll do a Loop Back route tonight, so we can hopefully all finish at the same time.
For those who are feeling energetic, I suggest you push the pace to the loop back point and use the loop back as a recovery.
Hope to see lots of you running later.

From FC along Banbury Road - up Humphries to Goldcrest Road - 1st loop back point Humphries - Halse Road turn right down Pavillions - bottom of Pavillions by zebra crossing adjacent with Humphries - 2nd loop back point Banbury Road - Manor Road to the Library - 3rd loop back point Manor Road down Hill Street down Buckingham Road to Roman Way - 3rd loop back point Through the Roman Estate - Watery Lane - Old town - top of Valley Road 5th Loop back point. Valley Road Town back to the FC 6th Loop back point.
