Happy New Year! I'm sure you've all resolved to get out running more often so there ought to be loads of us out this week
Tuesday's session should be a sociable one - it's a loop back. The basic route is 4 miles. As ever, the faster you run the further you'll have to loop back.
Basic route:
Banbury Rd, Humphries Dr, Oak Rd, Radstone Rd, High St, back to BTFC
Loop points:
Top of Humphries Bronnley's BTFC
As usual, we will designate a back marker so we all know who we're looping back to.
Don't forget your torches and hi-viz and I'll see you on Tuesday!
