An old favourite for Tuesday evening's outing - A standard 'Run' (as opposed to a training session) of c5.5 miles, that can easily be shortened for those wanting to do a few miles less. runkeeper.com/user/David-in-UK/route/931938 Hi-Viz clad, we'll head down Churchill Way, turn right heading up to the town, and effectively start the run from the point that you'll pass 4 times - the dry cleaners on the corner of Market Place / Banbury Rd. We then run 4 'circles' of reducing lengths starting and finishing at this point. These are: 1 - Up the High Street to the Greyhound, left into Halse Rd, left and down Pavillons, left and down the Banbury Rd 2 - Up the High Street to the Greyhound, left into Halse Rd, left down Manor Rd, and left down the Banbury Rd 3 - Up the High Street to Hill Street, left down Manor Rd, and left down the Banbury Rd 4 - Up the High Street to Halls Lane (just past the Crown), left down Manor Rd, left down the Banbury Rd, then back to the Football Club Those not wanting to do the full 5.5 miles can simply miss one or more of the 'circles' off before heading back, and hopefully there will be some fun as the different paced runners start to spread out en-route.
